13/06/2018 Issue with ID activations using iOS

Our engineers are working on an issue affecting ID activation and profile updates on some versions of iOS.
The issue leaves users 'hanging' with a blue timer circle in the centre of the screen at stage two of activation or when updating an ID profile.
Apple users can activate using Firefox or Puffin or a PC. This issue does not affect emergency access to IDs.
Users may use Firefox or Puffin or use a PC / Android or Windows device.

10/06/2018 20:00 - 22:00 - Scheduled Maintenance
In an effort to continually improve our service, our developers will be performing scheduled maintenance on Sunday 10th June 2018 between 8:00pm and 10:00pm. During this maintenance window, there may be a brief interruption of some services, including customer profile updating and new ID activations.
The following You ID Me services will continue to function normally during this period: emergency ID service for all service plans, emergency SMS alerts to contacts (Platinum / boosted plans) and our online store and main website. Further details can be found here.

Status: Complete
Our SMS service provider will be migrating their SMS service enabling them to improve service to their customers.
The maintenance window was originally scheduled for 22 April 2018 between 05:00 – 09:00 (GMT+2) though this window was extended by our suppliers until 10:30am.
During this window SMS alerts will not function.
Please note that this only affects profiles in credit with SMS's that use Platinum Plan or Silver Boosted to Platinum Plan.
To find out which service plan you are on just log in to You ID Me and it will tell you at the top of the 'View Profile' page.

Status: Full service now available
Details: Engineers will migrate You ID Me to a new server with improved service capacity between 04:30 and 13:00. Thank you for your patience whilst this is executed and tested. This will affect new ID registrations up until noon and all services between noon and 13:00. Leave your email at the homepage to be notified when work has been competed.
Update at 12:58: Full service now available
Details: Engineers will migrate You ID Me to a new server with improved service capacity between 04:30 and 13:00. Thank you for your patience whilst this is executed and tested. Report: Some customers have received messages this informing them that their SMS allowance has been depleted.
There is no need for concern about any such emails.
This is due to work on our latest service developments which will allow customers' profiles to send SMS alerts to selected emergency contacts in the event of an emergency.
We will notify you again when our engineers have completed their work. In the mean time all profile remain live and functional.

Report: A service issue has been reported which affects information retrieval of unique IDs ending with 'id' and 'ie'.
Our engineers are currently working on this. Further updates will be added throughout the day.
Registration of new IDs remain possible from here.

Update: Developers confirmed entire system functioning correctly.
Report: An issue has been highlighted whereby the profiles of some premium customers may not be displaying certain elements of their profiles. This is being looked into by our IT team.
