You ID Me Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
At You ID Me, we value our affiliates and want to ensure fairness in our commission program. To maintain integrity and prevent misuse, we have the following guidelines in place:
1) Commission Eligibility
Affiliates earn commission on sales made - excluding amounts paid for shipping - through their unique referral code. Sales qualify for commission only when linked to a new customer (i.e., orders where the "Existing Customer Unique ID" field is blank at checkout). Orders associated with an affiliate’s own unique ID will not count toward commission, except where stated in Section 6.
2) Preventing Commission Misuse
To ensure fair participation, the following actions may result in commissions being withheld or account suspension:
3) Personal Discount Policy
Affiliates may use their personal discount code (allocated by You ID Me) for 20% off their own orders. Commissions are not earned on personal purchases, except where specified in Section 6.
4) Commission Payment Structure & Cycle
Affiliates earn commission based on total monthly referral sales as follows:
Affiliates can earn 10% commission on up to £25 of their own purchases per month. This applies to purchases made with their personal discount code and their own unique ID. Any amount spent over £25 will not earn commission.
7) Program Integrity & Reviews
We review affiliate accounts regularly to ensure compliance. If an account is flagged for unusual activity, we may request additional information before processing commissions. Repeated policy violations may result in removal from the affiliate program.
8) No Affiliate Code, No Commission
If an affiliate code is not entered in the coupon code field at the time of purchase, commission will not be credited. There is no way to retrospectively apply an affiliate code or allocate commission after the sale. You ID Me cannot manually adjust this under any circumstances. Affiliates should emphasize the importance of using their code in conversations with potential buyers.
9) Affiliate Code Inactivity & Deactivation
Affiliate codes that remain inactive (i.e., generate no sales) for a continuous period of six (6) months will be automatically deactivated. Affiliates may need to reapply to regain access to the program.
10) Policy Updates
These terms may change over time. Affiliates should revisit this page regularly to stay informed and ensure they agree to the latest terms. By participating in the You ID Me Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to these terms.
