💛 Pass It On
|
One small tip from your experience could make a big difference to someone newly diagnosed.
Living with a medical condition teaches you things no textbook ever could. It could be about managing medications, handling work, diet or exercise, navigating financial support like PIP or Universal Credit, supporting relationships, or finding your way back to your normal again. Whatever it is, if it helped you, it could help someone else too. Through 💛 Pass It On, we’re inviting You ID Me members to share just one helpful idea from their own experience. It doesn’t have to be medical advice or anything complicated — just something you’ve learned along the way that might support someone on a similar journey. Every tip goes into our weekly prize draw, and some contributors may be invited to share more of their story on the Diagnosed: The Day That Turns Your Life Around podcast. 💬 If one thing helped you… 💛 pass it on. |

Why We Created 💛 Pass It On
At You ID Me, we support thousands of people living with medical conditions every day. We know how overwhelming life after diagnosis can feel - especially in the early days.
Often, the most helpful things don’t come from manuals or leaflets, but from people who’ve already walked the path.
💛 Pass It On is about members helping members. Small pieces of lived experience can make someone else feel more confident, less anxious, and better prepared for what’s ahead.

🎙 From Tip to Story
Some contributors choose to share more about their experience on the Diagnosed podcast. These honest, human conversations help others feel less alone and offer reassurance through real-life journeys.
Taking part in 💛 Pass It On doesn’t mean you have to be on the podcast — but the opportunity is there if you’d like it.
