We use catering standard, semi-polished finish stainless steel spoons sourced from a UK supplier. It's a natural characteristic of this type and quality of stainless steel spoon to present with 'brush' marks within the metal and sometimes very minor surface scratching is unavoidable, despite being individually packaged.
We'll quality check the spoon we use for your order to ensure there is no unacceptable pitting or scratching, but we're not able to guarantee a pristine quality perfectly polished spoon at this price point. That said most people are delighted with their spoon - we've sold 1000's.
Ocassionally someone might not read this and therefore might not be quite as happy as others due to their expectations not having been set.
