Following activation of your ID product on the You ID Me site, you'll soon get a monthly opportunity to spin our “Wheel of Fortune” (Woop!)

We're introducing a fun way to engage customers to keep their emergency ID profiles up to date, that also rewards them for their effort.   

Users will get one free spin a month and each month there will be lots of lucky winners, who’ll each 'take home' anything from a £1 pack of emergency ID stickers to £199 lifetime Platinum plan!

​Keeping your emergency ID profile up to date is vital to ensure you're covered and fully protected in case of an emergency whenever you carry your emergency ID product. 

Why are we building it?

Up to  date emergency ID profiles are vital to the person  that carries the ID product.   Conversely an  out of date profile can be at best unhelpful  and at worst dangerous. If paramedics, first responders, emergency services  or even a member of the public needs to help you, then your emergency ID product needs to provide  access to wholesome, accurate up to date information  about you.

So we're  encouraging our customers to review their profile at least monthly and, if necessary update any  information that is out of date. Introducing a free and fun game  where players can win prizes seems to be a good idea to encourage customers to  log in at least once monthly.

How does it work?

Prizes are assigned randomly during the month . When the wheel is spun  our prize randomiser checks whether your spin wins a prize    and if so the wheel shows that prize when it stops turning.

Users will need to be active customers with a You ID Me profile and need to log in to play.
