As you know the current situation is unprecedented and the situation across the globe is changing on a daily basis. Efficient functioning of the You ID Me system relies on a number of suppliers. There are software developers, SMS providers and of course our own team. Business as usual for our suppliers We have received assurance notifications from each of our suppliers that they have business continuity plans in place and are able to continue functioning as normal at this moment in time. Should anything change we will update this page and the service announcement page. Business as usual for us Until we are told otherwise we aim to keep the office open and maintain business as usual. We still have full access to our support network so we're currently able to provide our usual level of service. Our small team have the facility to work from home. Each of us are able to access the You ID Me admin system remotely to assist our customers. Our thoughts are with all of our customers and subscribers. This continues to be a worrying time for many people; especially those with underlying medical conditions. We have increased our range to offer protective measures for people as lock-down is eased eg we have sources CE certified face masks and hand sanitizer and these items can be found in our store.
