**EmployeeSafe Service Terms and Conditions**
1. **Acceptance of Terms:**
By subscribing to or using EmployeeSafe services provided by Ahead Solutions UK Ltd ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Refrain from using EmployeeSafe if you do not agree.
2. **Definitions:**
a. **EmployeeSafe:** Emergency ID and alert service by Ahead Solutions UK Ltd.
b. **Cardholder:** User with a unique ID for emergency purposes.
c. **Customer:** Entity or organization subscribing to EmployeeSafe.
d. **Minimum Term:** Six-month subscription duration.
e. **Direct Debit:** Monthly/annual payment method.
f. **Failed or Cancelled Payment:** Unsuccessful or intentional termination of payment.
g. **Alerts:** Notifications to emergency contacts.
h. **Walkalone Personal Safety Tool:** Allows triggering safety alerts and sharing location.
3. **User Accounts:**
Access to EmployeeSafe may require a user account. Maintain confidentiality and report unauthorized use promptly.
4. **EmployeeSafe Cardholders' Responsibilities:**
a. Activate ID.
b. Verify profile functionality.
c. Keep profile updated.
d. Periodically test alerts.
5. **Customer Responsibilities for Alerts:**
Ensure cardholders include contact numbers for alerts.
6. **Payment Terms:**
Monthly/annual direct debit with a strict no-refund policy.
7. **Minimum Term and Cancellation Policy:**
Customer held to a six-month term if direct debit canceled. Cancellation incurs liability for the balance. Right to cancel Service after failed/cancelled payment.
8. **Internet Infrastructure Disclaimer:**
Not responsible for Internet infrastructure issues affecting Service.
9. **Limitation of Liability:**
Disclaim any liability for interruptions, defects, or data loss due to factors beyond our control.
10. **Acknowledgement of Limitations:**
Acknowledge occasional Internet disruptions without holding the Company responsible.
11. **No Warranty:**
No warranties on uninterrupted availability, reliability, or security. Use at your own risk.
12. **Force Majeure:**
Not liable for failures or delays due to uncontrollable causes.
13. **Use of EmployeeSafe Services:**
Use in compliance with laws; illegal/unauthorized use strictly prohibited.
14. **Periodic Testing of Alerts and Walkalone Personal Safety Tool:**
Cardholders responsible for periodic testing of alerts and the Walkalone tool.
15. **Data Security and Confidentiality:**
Measures taken to secure and handle confidential information as per Privacy Policy.
16. **Intellectual Property:**
EmployeeSafe content is property protected by intellectual property laws.
17. **Termination:**
Right to terminate/suspend access at Company's discretion for any reason.
18. **Governing Law:**
Governed by the laws of England and Wales; disputes subject to their exclusive jurisdiction.
19. **Changes to Terms:**
Company reserves the right to modify terms; changes effective upon posting. Review regularly.
