Offer Conditions

• Offer  open to new You ID Me customers from July 2021  only 
• Open to You ID Me customers on the 'free for life' Gold Plan
• Allow 24    hours for your profile to be upgraded after sign up
• Offer allows subscribers to choose up to three free gifts  over time, not all at once
• First gift dispatched upon confirmation of direct debit and first payment received which is usually 10 days though we reserve the right to dispatch first gift sooner.
• Offer available only whilst stocks last.  Should stocks be unavailable  the offer will be closed and a notification  be placed at the top of this page
• Free gifts are sent  over time
• Customers accepting the offer must pay   a shipping fee before each free gift is dispatched
• Customers will receive a payment link to cover the shipping   for free gifts at 0, 90 and 180 days respectively.
• Shipping fees  may only be paid through the You ID Me store.
• The order in which free gifts  are dispatched cannot be altered
• Future free gifts  related to the offer cannot be sent earlier than   scheduled dates
• Ahead Solutions reserve the right to terminate the agreement due to any payment failure, cancelled direct debit payments or charge-back occurs. In such cases  the offer and any benefits will end immediately without the need for notification   and entitlement to any free gift related to the offer will cease. In such cases subscribers will be   downgrade to Gold plan , even if they might have had remaining time  left over on any  complimentary  boosted plan.
• In the event of a  terminated agreement  it will not be possible to rejoin the offer at any later date.
