SMART Helmet ID Tag
If you or your loved one wears a helmet then You ID Me Smart Helmet Tag Stickers are a simple and effective way to carry ALL your emergency contact details in a form that can be updated from anywhere at anytime.
Each helmet tag sticker features a unique ID number which you register on the You ID Me website to activate the tag. Register your name, emergency contacts and their numbers, medical conditions, medications, NHS number, allergy information and more.
In the event of an emergency whilst wearing your protective safety helmet, a first responder can quickly access your registered information by either entering your unique ID at www.you-id.me or by scanning the QR code which also features on the tag.
In addition, the You ID Me service is free for life. It can also alert your emergency contact's mobile phone instantly* in the event your profile is accessed in an emergency.
Each helmet ID tag is highly visible , very intuitive and fully waterproof and weatherproof. What's more, there's four tags in the pack so you can position them in different places on or around your protective safety / crash helmet.

You may optionally upgrade to the Platinum Plan permanently at any time - not obligatory.
After 90 days your plan will alter to You ID Me Gold Plan and this is "FREE FOR LIFE"
