Bladder Cancer Expanding Medical Alert Bracelet features: -
Stainless steel bracelet supplied with 2 x special plastic fanfold ID cards and 2 x Bladder Cancer ID labels both printed with the same unique ID.
Register the ID along with ANY combination of helpful emergency info such as medications, contacts, blood group, allergies, NHS no. any other information that you consider vital or important.
The ID cards and labels are waterproof and place into the bracelet enclosure (see images).
You may also write brief contact and medical info on the front in the spaces provided (permanent pen essential, not supplied).
How it works:
When you receive your bracelet you will also receive a unique ID number which is printed on the inlay cards which go inside your bracelet.
1) Activate your unique You ID Me number at www.You-ID.me
2) Fill in the spaces on the front of the ID cards
3) Fold the ID card and insert it into the bracelet enclosure.
