About this card
This is a hybrid medical ID card featuring your self-certified exemption from wearing a face covering during the covid-19 restrictions and regulations. The front and reverse of your card features your You ID Me ID number and a concise instruction for first responders to access your information held at You ID Me.
Please note:
Customers not entering an existing ID number in the field provided will be allocated a new unique ID for their card along with activation details. When an ID is entered customers will not need to reactivate their ID as it is already 'live' on the You ID Me system.
The fields on the reverse are for completing with a permanent pen (Sharpie etc.). Pen not included.
Due to the personalised nature of this product it is classed as a customised print product for return and refund purposes - please note our policy on such.
