This is a combined face mask exemption and medical ID card for people with medical conditions causing them to be exempt from wearing face mask. Use in public, on buses, rail, train, trains or other transport such as aircraft and in also in shops and stores. Show to drivers passengers, customers, police, authorities, security or members of the public.
This is also an in case of emergency card that can provide paramedics and first responders with all your emergency information and contact numbers in case of accident or emergency.
This amazing service is also capable of alerting your contacts' phone in an emergency - see below.
ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS
Go to www.You-ID.me
Click "ACTIVATE ID PRODUCT"
Enter your ID and activation code/password supplied with your emergency ID bracelet
On the next screen complete your name, emergency contact numbers and any medical details that you wish to become available in case of emergency.
*Activation and plan information
When you activate and register your ID product, vital emergency ID and medical information you'll be upgraded FREE to our "Boosted to Platinum Plan" for 90 days with 5 x complimentary emergency SMS phone alerts - please note that this does not unlock the face mask exemption splash tool. Note: £1 a month upgrade to our Platinum Plan is needed to use the face mask exemption tool - No contract. Use direct debit or PayPal Subscriptions
Platinum Plan gives your emergency ID product the capability to alert your contacts phone if it is accessed in an emergency.
You may upgrade to the Platinum Plan permanently (or for shorter periods) at any time - though this is not obligatory.
Various pricing plans are available - see the 'Plans Page' on the You ID Me website for details.
If you don't upgrade, after 90 days your plan will alter to You ID Me Gold Plan and this is "FREE FOR LIFE".

- If you're challenged, we suggest politely offering to scan your card's QR code or allow it to be scanned by an onlooker
- If you have the face mask exemption splash tool set to 'on' in your profile a screen will appear on any device to certify your exemption
- Your registered emergency ID, contact and medical information is also available by pressing the CONTINUE BUTTON on the exemption screen
- If you have the face mask exemption splash tool set to 'off' in your profile your emergency medical details will appear
