Product description
This bracelet comprises of a silicone hybrid 'watch style' slap-band with strong clear perspex disc enclosure with printed label on both sides and fits snugly inside the silicone casing.

​The bracelet may be used for child or adult ID as it coils comfortably around the wearer's wrist. It is ideal for emergency and/or medical ID use, holidays, travel and for general medical ID purposes.

Dependent on whether you choose the NFC option...
The front of disc enclosure feat. internationally recognised medical in case of emergency ICE symbol, QR code and unique human readable ID number. 

Back of disc enclosure  feat. concise NFC read instruction   and in this case the enclosure will house a small rectangular NFC tag.

Instructions

• Go to www.You-ID.me
• Click "ACTIVATE ID PRODUCT"
• Enter your ID and activation code/password supplied with product
• On the next screen complete name, emergency contact and medical details 

Activation 
If you do not yet have a profile with You ID Me activate your ID product and register your vital emergency ID and medical information.
Upon activation you will be upgraded "FREE" to the You ID Me Platinum Plan for 90 days with 5 x complimentary emergency alerts. 
This gives your products the ability to alert emergency contacts if it is used / accessed in an emergency.
You may optionally upgrade to the Platinum Plan permanently at any time - not obligatory of course.

After 90 days your plan will alter to You ID Me Gold Plan and this is "FREE FOR LIFE" How it works In an emergency a first-responder can see at a glance your medical condition. They can also access your vital info by entering your ID number at    www.you-id.me.
