TROUBLESHOOTING - SMS DEPLETED EMAIL
There are two You ID Me plans that attract an SMS allowance. These are as follows: -
Silver Boosted To Platinum plans have 5 SMS alerts added to profiles upon activation of a valid ID
Platinum plans have 10 SMS alerts per month which are refreshed monthly every 30 days.
If you have received an unexpected email notifying you that your SMS allowance has been depleted please check the following: -
Did you receive the email at midnight on the day you upgraded to Platinum?
If so, then a process that runs at midnight is letting you know that you no longer have any of the five initial SMS alerts from your Silver Boosted To Platinum. You still have any SMS allowance remaining from the 10 allocated as part of your upgrade.

- Log in to you profile from the menu of any page and check if you have any SMS allowance remaining
- If you do then please ignore and delete the email.
