Your ID number is a unique ID made up of 6 to 12 letters and numbers that is printed or engraved on your emergency ID product.
It is present on your product so that in an emergency a first responder can easily see it and be more responsive to your needs.
The number that can be entered into the emergency field on the You ID Me web portal home page in to access your vital ID and emergency details.
As well as being printed / engraved on your emergency ID product, the ID number is printed on a small slip when you receive your product.
You should keep this separate from your ID product because it has your password on it too, although you may change your password once you have activated your ID product.
