Due to the important nature of the You ID Me service it may be necessary for us to contact you to let you know about unplanned service outages.

For this reason it is essential for us to maintain an open channel of contact with subscribers to You ID Me's Emergency ID and Alert Service.

As a result we routinely terminate the service for subscribers for which we do not hold a valid email address.

This includes email addresses that 'bounce' and unsubscribes.
