HOW IT WORKS KEEPING CHILDREN SAFE

Every ChildSafe ID garment features a unique tag embedded flat behind the intuitive logo. The tag gives Smartphone access to vital information such as: -

• Parent or family contact numbers - inc. direct dial buttons
• Emergency medical info: allergies, conditions medications

Parents can store as much or as little information as required.

CHILD PRIVACY SECURITY AND SAFETY

The secure ID tag may only be read at point blank range by placing an NFC enabled Smartphone directly above the logo; the reading phone MUST be within 2cm of the logo. It is not possible to read the tag from a distance.

A unique visible code also features on the logo allowing any non-NFC Smartphone (eg earlier model iPhones) to work perfectly in an emergency.

GEOLOCATION INFORMATION

Whenever the tag on a ChildSafe ID garment is read, Locational information is available which may help to determine: - 

• the nation where the tag was read
  
• the city where the tag was read

Parents may have this information emailed to them in real-time as it happens.
