PLATINUM PLAN SMS ACTIVATION - EXISTING CUSTOMERS
This page tells you what you need to do if you have previously upgraded your You ID Me profile and wish to activate the new SMS feature on your account.
1) Check that you are a Platinum Plan customer.

This will help avoid alarming your emergency contacts or depleting your SMS resource prematurely
When you send us the activation form below we'll switch your SMS on.
This will generate two upgrade emails.
When you next log into your profile your SMS count will have increased to 10.
Activation will take place during office hours.
