Here's where to locate your password. Find out how to reset your password if you already have an active ID.
Your password is used to activate your product's unique ID number and to log in to your profile to update your information.
When you receive your emergency ID product you will need to activate your ID (one time only) and for this you will use the password supplied.
For ID bracelets, dog tag necklaces and ID wallet cards your password is printed on a white slip that looks like this:

Almost all products are dispatched along with the password slip with the exception of engraved metal medical ID tags in which case you will receive two items through the post; your ID tag and your password separately.

Once you've activated your ID you can change your password at anytime by logging into your profile at You ID Me.
