Here's where to locate your password. Find out how to reset your password if you already have an active ID.
Your password is used to activate your product's unique ID number and to log in to your dashboard so you can update your vital information.
When you receive your emergency ID product you will need to activate your ID (one time only) and for this you will use the password supplied.
For ID bracelets, dog tag necklaces and ID wallet cards your password is printed on a white slip that looks like this:

All products are dispatched with a password slip similar to that shown above.
Once you've activated your ID you can change your password at anytime by logging into your profile at You ID Me.
