The You ID Me Help Centre has been updated to include many new articles covering common issues, questions and answers about using You ID Me.
This should hopefully be welcome as the busiest time of year approaches!
We've hopefully made the answers to questions clearer and more concise so you can access need to know information faster when getting started or when revisiting the system after a while away.

From locating or resetting your password to changing and upgrading service plans, the Help Centre is the home of You ID Me answers.
We've included a password reminder request form and made the facility to report a problem much quicker and easier.

After more than a few people signed up to our Platinum with Alerts plan without first having purchased an ID product from us we've had a rethink and have decided, why not?
So we're making a few alterations to the You ID Me website which will enable existing and new customers to benefit from a free one off emergency ID product when they sign up to our Platinum with Alerts paid for by a a yearly direct debit payment and, they'll also get 33% off their subscription fee.
Subscribers that pay monthly will also benefit from a free emergency ID product every year - so technically they;ll never need to pay for an emergency ID product ever again!
