• Internet coverage across the destination you are travelling to
  It is essential to use an internet connected device to access your information.

• Smartphone usage in the destination you are travelling to
  A Smartphone is likely to be the most likely mobile device that would be used to access your emergency ID. Remember if your product has an NFC tag the Smartphone must be compatible open and compatible to read NFC.

• Could there be any language barriers?
