With dozens of customer orders  packed and ready to go to Royal Mail at 4PM the last thing you want to hear from the ASDA delivery driver  whose van is straddled across  the entrance to your business is  "Sorry mate, it's  broke down. It's an automatic and there's no way to roll forward."

No prizes for guessing that's what we were told.

Sunday morning.s are lovely for recording this kind of thing... Here I talk about how it all began; how You ID Me was created and how the needs of You ID Me customers have steered everything we do here; everything that has been created and achieved to date.

Monthly meetings with the developers have been instrumental in ensuring that You ID Me serves the changing need of emergency ID; how people communicate; what devices they use and how the service can be used equally effectively for parents of young children as well as those with medical conditions.

You ID Me was created do to need that existed in director Lee Cunningham's family; a couple of family members have medical conditions causing them to take lots of daily medications.
